What's the difference between your classic and seasonal collections?

Our Classics are available year-round — the cookies we're known for, baked to the same standard every time. Seasonal offerings rotate with the calendar and are available in limited quantities while they last.

Do you ship?

Yes. All orders are carefully packaged to arrive in the same condition they left our kitchen. Shipping timelines and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How should I store my cookies?

For best results, keep them in a cool, dry place and enjoy within five days of arrival. Most varieties also freeze well for up to one month — simply bring to room temperature before serving.

Can I create a custom order?

Yes. Custom orders are available for events, celebrations, and corporate gifting. Reach out through our Custom Orders page and we'll be in touch to discuss the details. We recommend inquiring at least two weeks in advance.

What's your return policy?

Because our products are perishable, we don't accept returns. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
