I started Pantry by Baker to create something people can actually enjoy. I’ve always gotten something out of making things for people whether it was art, design, cooking, baking. About five years ago, I started working on a cookie recipe my friends kept coming back to.
At the same time, the market felt so saturated. Big, clunky cookies made with average ingredients. That never made sense to me. So I started testing. Sourcing better ingredients. Refining everything. Bringing it back to what a gourmet cookie should be.
